Rotary adsorption: The pre treated exhaust gas enters the zeolite rotary adsorption zone. Zeolite wheel is a device with efficient adsorption performance, and its surface is coated with zeolite molecular sieve. During the rotation of the wheel, organic pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed by zeolite molecular sieves, thereby purifying the exhaust gas. Due to its large specific surface area and unique microporous structure, zeolite rotors have strong adsorption capacity for organic waste gases.

Oxidation reaction: Preheated exhaust gas enters the oxidation chamber, and under the action of high temperature (usually 750-850 ℃) and oxygen, organic pollutants undergo oxidation reaction, generating harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water. The oxidation reaction releases a large amount of heat, further increasing the temperature of the exhaust gas.

熱量回收：氧化后的高溫廢氣進入蓄熱區，與蓄熱體進行熱交換，將熱量傳遞給蓄熱體，使蓄熱體升溫。廢氣自身溫度則降低至接近室溫后排出。蓄熱體吸收的熱量用于下一周期的廢氣預熱，從而實現熱量的循環利用，降低能耗。

Heat recovery: The oxidized high-temperature exhaust gas enters the heat storage area and exchanges heat with the heat storage body, transferring heat to the heat storage body and raising its temperature. The temperature of the exhaust gas itself decreases to near room temperature before being discharged. The heat absorbed by the thermal storage body is used for preheating the exhaust gas in the next cycle, thereby achieving the recycling of heat and reducing energy consumption.

通過沸石轉輪的吸附濃縮和 RTO 的氧化處理，有機廢氣中的污染物被有效去除，同時在處理過程中實現了廢氣中熱量的回收利用，提高了能源利用效率，降低了運行成本。
