惡臭氣體經(jīng)過管道收集后進(jìn)入預(yù)處理裝置，經(jīng)水洗加濕使廢氣的濕度達(dá)到90%以上，濕氣體再進(jìn)入生物過濾除臭裝置，氣流與循環(huán)液在穿過生物填料層的過程中完成生物的氣液擴(kuò)散、液固擴(kuò)散、生物氧化三個(gè)過程，生物填料表面生物膜中的微生物以惡臭氣體物質(zhì)為營養(yǎng)，惡臭物及VOCs被微生物氧化分解，在轉(zhuǎn)化過程中產(chǎn)生能量，為微生物的生長與繁殖提供能源，使惡臭氣體物質(zhì)的轉(zhuǎn)化持續(xù)進(jìn)行，經(jīng)凈化后的氣體由引風(fēng)機(jī)引出排放。
