分子篩吸附濃縮轉輪+RTO/CO是將大風量、濃度低的有機氣體先通過分子篩吸附濃縮轉輪將有機廢氣濃縮，后再將濃縮后的高小風量、高濃度有機廢氣進入到RTO/CO設備集中處理的工藝。

沸石轉輪利用沸石分子篩為吸附材料，分子篩可吸附過濾比空氣分子大的有機物，而空氣直接通過。隨著吸附轉輪的回轉，接近吸附飽和狀態的吸附轉輪進入到再生區，在與180℃-220℃之間的高溫脫附再生空氣接觸的過程中，VOCs被脫附下來進入到再生空氣中，沸石轉輪得到再生。再生后的沸石轉輪經過冷卻區冷卻降溫后，返回到吸附區，完成吸附/脫附/冷卻的循環過程。
