Process flow of zeolite wheel+CO technology

  預處理:車間產生的大風量,低濃度的有機廢氣,由管道進入經過干式過濾和其他配套前處理設備,去除大部分顆粒物。

Pre treatment: The high air volume and low concentration organic waste gas generated in the workshop enter through pipelines and undergo dry filtration and other supporting pre-treatment equipment to remove most of the particulate matter.

  吸附濃縮:預處理后VOCs氣體,通過沸石表面吸附,提供高VOCs去除率,達標排放。

  VOCs廢氣通過疏水性沸石濃縮轉輪后,能有效被吸附于沸石中,達到去除的目的。經過沸石吸附的揮發性有機物的潔凈氣體,直接通過煙囪排放到大氣中,轉輪持續以每小時1-10轉的速度旋轉,同時將吸附的揮發性有機物傳送至脫附區。于脫附區中利用一小股加熱氣體將揮發性有機物進行脫附,脫附后的沸石轉輪旋轉至吸附區,持續吸附揮發性有機氣體。脫附后的濃縮有機廢氣送至RCO焚化爐進行燃燒轉化成二氧化碳及水蒸氣排放至大氣中。

In the desorption zone, a small amount of heated gas is used to desorb volatile organic compounds. The desorbed zeolite wheel rotates to the adsorption zone to continuously adsorb volatile organic gases. The concentrated organic waste gas after desorption is sent to the RCO incinerator for combustion and conversion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, which are discharged into the atmosphere.
